The Guild is a homegrown celebration of culinary craftsman & brasseries of Europe, serving contemporary ingredient-focused cuisine in the heart of Dubai’s International Financial Center.
The brainchild of Melbourne born Dubai trailblazer Tom Arnel, the venture unfolds under the masterful design of London-based interiors expert David Archer, celebrated for iconic creations such as London’s timeless celebrity haunt, Chiltern Firehouse and The Standard Hotel. The two visionaries have curated a sanctuary of culinary delights across its four distinct realms to suit all times of day; from morning breakfast and pastries to evening dining in a bustling brasserie atmosphere in The Salon and The Rockpool.
ACT I ... THE NURSERIES
Filled with hundreds of potted plants is inspired by the bohemian charm and cobbled streets of New York’s Tribeca neighbourhood. A tapestry of cosy allure serving; breakfast, lunch and more. Hideaway in The Potting Shed or sample homemade delights and Guild roasted coffee in the Pastry Boutique.
ACT II ... THE SALON & ROCKPOOL
The Salon, a tribute to the grand dining rooms and illustrious brasseries of Europe and New York. A roaring red-brick fireplace, the backdrop for talented chefs to flame-grill and roast the finest cuts in the most immersive open kitchen pass. Where feasting meets revelry, designed for abundant pleasure.
The Rockpool, our haven of crustacea and fish sustainably sourced from the seven seas. A sea-blue hued raw bar is complemented by the live rockpool housing the freshest North Atlantic lobster, Kelly oysters and king crab, set in a decadent atmosphere of boisterous sophistication.
ACT III ... THE AVIARY
A twinkling new bar, perched behind the dining room where cocktails, music and timeless design converge to create an unforgettable experience. Open from 8pm, Tuesday-Saturday till late, the final act from the Guild brings nightlife and special guest DJs alongside percussionists – keeping the vibes alive into the night. Stay tuned for an opening party later this month.
