Designed in collaboration by David Archer Hymphreys (also Chiltern Firehouse, London) and EATX founder Tom Arnel – the restaurant has received rave reviews from critics and recently recognized as MICHELIN Guide’s Opening of the Year 2024, and located in the bustling DIFC, the restaurant is open seven days a week.

THE NURSERIES
Filled with hundreds of potted plants, the Nurseries is inspired by the bohemian charm and cobbled streets of London’s Soho, serving light lunches through to cocktails and bar snacks. Our adjacent Potting Shed and Champagne Room are perfect for intimate events and private dining. The Cafe & Wine Bar serves a variety of wines by the glass alongside artisan charcuterie and cheese boards. The Salon The Rockpool The Aviary
THE ROCKPOOL
The Rockpool is our haven of crustacea and fish sustainably sourced from the seven seas. A sea–blue hued raw bar is complemented by the live Rockpool housing the freshest North Atlantic lobster, Kelly oysters and King crab, set in a decadent atmosphere of boisterous lively sophistication.
THE SALON
A tribute to the grand dining rooms and illustrious brasseries of Europe and New York. A roaring red–brick fireplace, the backdrop for talented chefs to flame-grill and roast the finest cuts in the most immersive open kitchen pass.
THE AVIARY
Our late night cocktail club-bar and lounge, where a sweeping bar, glistening chandeliers and luxurious velvet interiors converge. Come for the cocktails and stay for the vibe, as we regularly welcome renowned DJs and live musicians.
