The Guild is now open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Five years in the making, located on the ground floor of ICD Brookfield Place, The Guild is a tribute to the bustling brasseries of Europe and New York; a landscape filled with masterful chefs and artisans, waiting for their stories to be told.
The brainchild of Melbourne born Dubai trailblazer Tom Arnel, the venture unfolds under the masterful design of London-based interiors expert David Archer, celebrated for iconic creations such as London’s timeless celebrity haunt, Chiltern Firehouse and The Standard Hotel. The two visionaries have curated a sanctuary of culinary delights across its four distinct realms to suit all times of day; from morning breakfast and pastries to evening dining in a bustling brasserie atmosphere in The Salon and The Rockpool.
